This Legal Notice ("Notice") is issued by AZ Top Tier Baseball Academy ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), and applies to all users, clients, participants, visitors, and affiliates ("you" or "your") who engage with our services, programs, website, or any affiliated content or activities.

1. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All content, materials, training techniques, branding, logos, and media presented by AZ Top Tier Baseball Academy are the intellectual property of the Company and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited without written consent.

2. Program Participation & Waiver of Liability

Participation in any training, instruction, or events hosted by AZ Top Tier Baseball Academy is voluntary and at your own risk. By enrolling or participating, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with athletic activities, including but not limited to physical injury. AZ Top Tier Baseball Academy, its staff, coaches, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during participation.

A signed waiver and release of liability form is required prior to participation in any physical programs or events.

3. Privacy Policy

AZ Top Tier Baseball Academy collects and stores personal information solely for the purpose of providing services, scheduling, and communication. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except as required by law. Full details are provided in our separate Privacy Policy.

4. Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Fees for training, camps, or other services must be paid in full as specified at the time of registration. Refunds or cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in the service agreement or specific program policy.

5. Code of Conduct

All participants, parents, and visitors are expected to act respectfully toward staff, other athletes, and facilities. Any form of harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or termination of services without refund.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update or change this Notice at any time. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
